Don't worry, your next step is to to have your Username and Password reset by contacting Emma Hillier - Exhibition Coordinator P (02) 9422 2703. If you find it after your password has been reset, delete it, as it will no longer give you access. Q. my password isn't working? A. Refer back to your "PacPrint 09 Exhibitor Manual Access" email. Q. how do I complete the online forms? A. Simply click on ‘Complete the Online Forms’ - Step 2. Now you can view all the forms, click on the blue links to enter the online forms. When you have filled in, checked and double checked the information you provided you can now click 'Save and Submit'. Q. can I change a submitted form? A. You can change any information that you provide on your forms up until the deadline. Everytime you re-save your form ONLY THE NEW INFORMATION is captured. Anything saved prior is saved over. Q. where has the 'save' button gone? A. The Save button goes missing for 2 reasons. The first is that you are trying to complete the form after the cut-off date. The second is that you are viewing the forms in the 'Printer Friendly' version.
