Badges

Exhibitor badges have been sent . If you do not receive these by mail please come and visit us at the Customer Service Centre (located in suite 4, next to door 8) when you arrive onsite during move- in. For badge changes or additional badges required, please visit us during move-in so that we can make these available for pick up before the exhibition commences.

Clips for the badges will also be available at the Customer Service Centre.

Exhibitor Kits

Your company exhibitor kit will be available at the Customer Service Centre. Please ensure this is picked up as it contains vital information regarding PacPrint 2009.

OH&S

High Visibility Clothing  - You MUST wear High Visibility Clothing ( HVC ) during the move in and move period of the exhibition. It is advisable that Exhibitors bring their own High Visibility Clothing for all staff who will be onsite during these periods. Limited numbers of HVC will be available on site at a cost of $5.00 per Vest from the Customer Service Centre located in suite 4.

Deliveries

If you have deliveries being made by a freight company other than Agility Fairs and Events you must book a move in and move out time with Agility Fairs & Events to ensure you can get access to the loading dock at the venue. Stand Tracker

For stand tracker questions contact Info Salons on 02 9211 7344. If you have pre-ordered a tracker, this will be available for pick-up from the registration area during move-in.

Exhibitor Networking Function

The exhibitor Networking Function  will be held on Thursday 28 May after show closure, in the concourse of the MCEC.
You will receive your allocated tickets from the Customer Service Centre when you collect your exhibitor kit during move-in. You will need these tickets and exhibitor badges on the night.
If you would like additional tickets these can be pre-ordered by close of business on Wednesday 20 May. Tickets are $66 inc GST and payment via credit card or cash must be made when the tickets are collected from the Customer Service Centre during move-in.
